Mr. O\u2019Keefe is a portfolio manager and co-leads the Audax Private Debt leverage platform including all middle market CLOs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. O\u2019Keefe has over 10 years of experience primarily investing in senior secured debt supporting sponsor-backed LBO transactions of U.S. middle market companies. Prior to joining Audax in 2012, he was an Associate at Goldman Sachs.
